Profile:
Paul is a founding member of Forensic Financial Associates, LLC with over 25 years experience in corporate finance/management and over 10 years direct experience as a financial and economic consultant. Paul is a graduate of San Jose State University with a Bachelors Degree in Economics and is currently a Masters of Business Administration in Finance and Accounting candidate through Regis University. Additionally, Paul is a member in good standing with the National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts and the Institute of Management Accountants.
Paul's areas of specialty are macro/microeconomic analysis, management and cost accounting, financial and economic analysis and the assessment of business performance, capital budgeting, strategic and tactical financial decision making, working capital management, business valuation as it pertains to business transactions and litigation matters, risk assessment, and healthcare compliance issues including corporate practice of medicine and anti -kickback/rebate matters.
